Accommodation at Deer Park is in the form of cottages furnished with a blend of vibrant colours and Asian crafts. All the cottages are furnished with double or twin beds, living area with day bed, dressing area, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and satellite TV, and mini bar.  The room types are available:

• Superior Cottages: Superior Cottages are ideal for families and friends who wish to stay in connecting units. These are available in a single-unit block or a four-unit block for larger groups. The ground floor cottages feature a living area and outdoor bathroom. The four-unit blocks have upper storey units with indoor showers and a common balcony.
  
• Duplex Cottages: Double-storey cottages are ideal for families who prefer more privacy. The Duplex Cottage comes with a stylish open-air bathroom and shower facilities. The upper floor is devoted solely to the bedroom, ensuring a quiet and restful nights sleep.
  
• Deluxe Duplex Cottage: Similar to the Duplex Cottages but have 40% more space and you can have a selection of views: pool, pond or forest. The ground floor consists of a comfortable living area, dressing area and outdoor bathroom.
  
• Angsana Cottages:   Angsana Cottages are surrounded by ponds strewn with lilies and overlooks the Giritale reservoir. They have their own private gazebos in which to sip your morning tea and look out over the water. Special service benefits including complimentary morning and afternoon tea is available at the Angsana Cottages. 
  
• Deluxe Pool Suite:  A super-plush two-bedroom suite complete with mod cons and a private patio and pool.
