Spread out over a 3-acre plot of land, on the side of a hill which runs down to a beautiful beach called Seenimodera (Sugar Bay), Lansiya is a spacious small beach villa which offers a pleasant holiday for couples or small families.

Accommodation
On one side of the villa there is the airconditioned master bedroom, which is well furnished and has a good view of sea. The master bedroom contains a vast double bed, outdoor shower, mini-bar and various other modern conveniences.  At the back, there are two smaller twin rooms, which look onto an expansive stretch of lawn that leads down to the pool and the sea beyond. The two twin rooms have over head ceiling fans and with a shared bathroom.

Facilities
Beside the swimming pool, there is an open-plan terrace area, which is thatch-roofed, containing a small bar as well as tables, chairs, sofas suitable for all times of the day.  The villa is staffed with an in-house chef who will prepare delicious meals of your choice using locally available fresh produce.

Excursions
Lansiya serves as an excellent base for exploring the surrounding seas, inland, wild life, as well as the southern cultural heritage. The surrounding bays & beaches in Weligama, Mirissa, and Tangalle offer a perfect environment for swimming and snorkeling along the coral reefs.   For the more adventurous, a jeep safari to the Yala wildlife park with 400 sq. miles of jungle with herds of elephants, sloth bear, deer, wild boar, monkeys, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species, is an interesting day’s excursion.
